Our Board of Directors
Scott Hodes
A dynamic visionary, Mr. Hodes has been serving as a director in the company since 1983. He is a partner at the law firm of Bryan Cave LLP (since January 2004), which is engaged in rendering legal services to the company.
Ad Ketelaars
Mr. Ketelaars is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Cybertech International, a supplier of voice recording and monitoring solutions, worldwide. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of NEC Philips Unified Solutions, and was also the Vice President and Managing Director of Richardson Electronics Europe, an affiliate of ours, from 1993 until 1996. He has been operating as a director since 1996. John R. Peterson
Mr. Peterson has been a director of the company since 1999. He is also heading office at Cleary Gull Inc., an investment banking and investment consulting firm as the Managing Director, the Head of Investment Banking and a member of the board of directors since 2002.
Harold L. Purkey
An ex-Managing Director of First Union Securities, Mr. Purkey has been a director since the year 1994.
Edward J. Richardson
Mr. Richardson's has had a long journey with the company. His directorship can be traced back to 1965. He is currently the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
Samuel Rubinovitz
Mr. Rubinovitz is the lead director of our company. He has been a director since 1984. Mr. Rubinovitz is a management consultant and also a director of LTX Corporation (NASDAQ:LTXX) and a member of its Audit Committee.
